Outeniqua Travel Lodge is Backpacker accommodation in George and it is well-loved for its affordable (never cheap!) accommodation. It has become a well known meeting place for independent travelers from all over the world.

Outeniqua Travel Lodge also offers shuttle services

At Outeniqua Travel Lodge in George we offer day trips to the Cango Caves, ostrich farms and all other gems of the Klein Karoo. You are free to make up your own itinerary for the day. Dawie, the owner, will drive you around in safety and air-conditioned comfort. We offer advice and bookings for a wide range of adventure activities and offer free shuttle service to and from the George Airport, as well as free internet.
